Do you warm up your hands and body before your client sessions? Over my 14+ years in this field, I’ve learned I have to warm up and take care of myself before being able to help others. This is similar to the metaphor of putting your oxygen mask on first before assisting others… but it’s really true. We are no good to our clients if we injure the most important tool we have — our body.

– Wrist presses
– Wrist twists
– Finger presses
– Finger crawls
– Hand shakes
– Arm whips
– Ball drops (assisted with a weighted ball)
